It's a sad fact that the servers are empty most of the time during the week, but they usually fill up by the weekend.

The custom textures look great, but one huge complaint.

This makes me want a EarthBound gamemode.
I managed to join a server at the end of the round, survived another round, was chosen as the Chimera and as soon as I kill someone.
Crash.
That bug needs to be fixed, badly.

Trust me. I REALLY want to.
Someone suggested the head is to massive and that sometimes the ragdoll spazzes and it causes crashes because the clientside ragdoll causes weird physics errors.
I could try shrinking the physics portion of the head (it won't effect the model visually at all) but, I dunno. Something tells me that isn't the issue.
I also believe we tried removing the jigglebones once before to see if that fixed things. Still got crashes.
The model has no eye "bones".

1: The model has no visual eyes.
2: Eyes aren't controlled by bones... they're controlled by a system of attachment points and scrolling UV maps.

Probably because seeing some 5 second animation every round will get pretty boring and annoying.
Besides, if the chimera was on it's back the animation would be glitchy.
There was a time where we thought of using a canned death animation for the UC, and not a ragdoll. Then when the new round started you'll see the bird turn him back on.
Didn't really pan out though.

I still want to do that round start animation however.

You see, the chimera spawns inside of the devil's machine, he bites in order to free himself, which also frees giygas. If the chimera is afk, a trigger will break the devil's machine for him once a pigmask reaches the chimera, and allow the round to be ended.
I tried as much as I could to make the layout identical to the original game.

It looks really hard for fair gameplay to be honest.
That's what I have been trying to tell people during my first beta, I made the layout very symmetric, but they didn't want that, what they wanted was the layout to be exactly the same as the original, and that is what I tried to go for in my recent beta.
I understand why you chose to do that, however gameplay > nostalgia. If the map is difficult to play most people will not vote for it. Regardless, it's hard to judge gameplay from a few screenshots.

By all means, do NOT nerf the chimera.
I was actually thinking, considering the ranks of pigmasks, to even add a second chimera once there are 2 captains present or something.
Buff the chimera based off the pigmask's ranks, cause it seems to me that only pigmasks seem to get upgrades during the game.
Considering the fact it's quite easy to trick the chimera and kill it.

The problem is behind the keyboard. Good pigmasks can take good chimeras and vice versa.
