I was working on chimera_spawns for the HL2DM maps when I discovered that pigs can pick up weapons lying around the map. Might wanna disable that, although it's not a problem on most maps.
They can't do damage with them. We figured that one out. :v:

Alright, I've committed the newest update.

[*] Added a round timer once the game gets below a certain amount of pigs alive. For each pig the UC kills while in this endgame, he gains an additional 20 seconds. This includes five new sounds.
[*] Increased the default button press distance by about 15 units.
[*] Added a jumping penalty to the UC while sprinting.
[*] Added shitton of map support for arena maps, where the spawn doors weren't opening. Thanks NotPigeon for the spawn locations! Thanks to Lord Ned for helping me figure out how to trigger Nucleus' capture point to open up!

[*] New players that join while a game is in progress are now sent to the dead pigs team (unless all the pigs on the server are still alive at the time of spawning)

We will update but one of our other reasons for not doing so was something I didn't want to put public. We have had a couple of people come on just to exploit and try to blame Aska so we wanted to check the code before accusing him in public.
The ID of the main guy is posted above so thankfully everyone can get rid of the lying scum.

i think it's the one with the sourcemod host timescale exploit.
that one can be disabled with a special plugin

Has anyone checked the vertex on the model of the pig because my server console gets spammed with it, and eventually lags it out.

Another huge exploit which lets people download files from any gmod server already? I thought we already was done and over with the last one, christ.
Ah well, people can still just play chimera hunt, it doesn't really affect the servers, unless they want to steal a open gamemode :P
I'd just like to include that I almost never crash at all and I noticed alot of people complaining about the crashing.
I did notice however that on the tf2 koth halloween maps everyone seemed to crash alot more frequently, sometimes constantly in a row. It may be these maps that are causing the crashing and they are the most popular and frequently played maps so it would make sense, perhaps you should look into that and not the model?
My map, Shady oaks. Was played by a few people on Aska's server and I'm currently fixing it up and going to release a playable version soon. Screenshots to come!

That's probably got more to do with the fact that nobody ever plays any maps that aren't koth_harvest_event.

It's actually pretty simple.
To install, download [url=http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads]TortoiseSVN[/url]
Once youve installed TortoiseSVN, create a new folder in your garrysmod/gamemodes directory and call it chimerahunt
Right click on the new folder and click SVN Checkout
Enter [url]http://chimerahuntgmod.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/[/url] for the repository URL and leave the rest of the options as is.
Hit ok and the gamemode should download to you.
That's it, whenever there is an update just right click on the folder you created and hit "SVN Update"
