The '3 year old addon' is clearly a cover story, and as shown by the comments made on the addon by 'piratecatty' himself, and as well as the fact that the copy piratecatty uploaded to the workshop has [B][I]identical[/I][/B] added code from predator's addon.

If a Garry's Mod 12 addon is broken, unfixed, and you want to fix it and upload it to workshop you need to get the original author's permission.
If they say no, it ends there, if you can't contact them, etiquette is to fix it, upload it and provide full credit to the original author with contact links.

You don't seem to know your facts at all, either. You say that Piratecatty says he got code from an old addon, so you didn't even bother checking Piratecatty's code and the addon code, you're just repeating what he said, and then you say "you probably got it from that addon too" which confirms you haven't even bothered checking any code at all. You don't even know what you're saying, you start off accusing them both of looking at the same tutorial, then saying they both took code from an old addon. You don't actually have any factual evidence, you have "he said this, I assume you did this," which doesn't hold up at all. Combining that with your threats, well, that's not good.

Why the fuck would you pay a lawyer thousands of dollars for a Garry's Mod code leak. Valve wouldn't care if you sent them a DMCA as you couldn't touch them in any way. They have lawyers that will ruin your life if you even attempted to start a lawsuit.
