I do know that CS:S and ep. 2 provide the best GMod content, but there are a lot of people that don't have them. I'm not gonna moan, but you should mention that it requires that them, or at least one of them.

Donation system sucks, if you get banned like 3 times then your donator status gets removed and that's it.

Donations don't let you get away with whatever you want, I dont know what your issue is, maybe you did abuse and get banned, or perhaps you just dont like us.

Stalker RP is fun, but there's issues.
I bought a gun, which is cool and all, but I don't want to use it because:
Stalker RP is full of minges who don't want to learn. If someone dies, they all flock to the body like god damned pigeons to bread. They loot whatever's there, then run off. Metagaming is really popular about these minges, too. I've had plenty of guys run up to me and say "hey, <namehere>, do u have any weps?" or "wats a dutier??/?". If they don't have some general grasp on the Stalker world, then they shouldn't be playing Stalker RP. Just saying.
"Shooting on sight" is pretty common too. I know a Freedomer should shoot a Dutier on sight, but it's not cool when I get shot halfway across the map when I'm lagging around, or when I drop down a hole and get shot immediately with no RP involved at all. (then my body is looted/removed, thus loosing my hard-earned weapons, and one time a killer wanted me to "new life rule" for his stupid dming (to which I replied "bullshit"))
Not to mention that there's a 25% chance of flat out loosing something in your inventory whenever you disconnect. It doesn't seem very likely, but it happens a lot when you're constantly crashing. Suits are especially bad about this. I've lost my Duty suit about 3 times in a row.
So I'll never buy a gun again unless some sort of insurance is brought about. Also, I've heard that suits are like that too, where if it's not a faction suit you can't get it back if you lose it. That's just foolish, as long as you can provide proof you had an item I believe you should be able to get it back.
To be honest main Issues ensue with the administration of HGN. Honestly, I could care less on how things could go. But seeing as that there are Multiple people bashing on HGN. It means someone in HGN Is doing something obviously wrong. Again, another issue has to do with "Shoot on sight". I never approved of this Retardation as it kills the Blood pumping action for me of having to purposely miss something to make the Roleplay Last longer?... Looked great on Paper. But in reality it was shit. And I do assume this "Shoot to Miss" stuff is still going on. Time for the Script, the Script was Based off of CakeScript but Edit'ed a Little bit.. You have a 45 Percent chance of loosing something in your inventory. Time for "Why it went downhill". Reason being it went downhill is because Somebody... Started making stupid ideas such as "Donate for Flags". Which is the only way you can get flags UNLESS You are an admin, Which admins can spawn what-ever the fuck they want. Time for the Community. Lets face it. 65 Percent of the community is filled with 10-14 Year old. Then there are 14-20 Year olds who act like childs. As far as anything this community gets a 5 Out of 10 Stars rating only because of its Retardation and How people can get away with the things that they do. Reason being. Is maybe because where ever I go. Other than the HGN servers I hear from other people when I ask this. Is the place good?.. Heard it sucked.. And I get is this "They suck, Minges all around" Etc etc.
Or, you could, you know. Join a faction. Then you'd get that faction's flags.
Joining a faction is a pretty good decision, Duty is full of good guys but I think it's a bit too easy to get into.
I see tons of Recruits running around who don't know crap about the server.
Granted, I didn't either when I became a recruit (like last week).
Oh, and don't bash shoot to miss. Every good RP does it, so there's no where for you to go if you don't like it.
It's funny how with an AK74u even when I shoot to miss the gun is so inaccurate a lot of times I hit the guy and mess up the RP. ;__;
But no, seriously, shoot to miss is fine. I like how Stalker RP doesn't require you do it all the time. Only like in one on one encounters and stuff. Mutants? I'm pretty sure you can shoot to kill unless there's an event going on. Other guys? I'm not sure, really. The rule technically does apply, but 50% of the time the other guy is just going to shoot you, loot your body, and run off.
I just think the loot system needs to be reworked. You shouldn't actually lose items. When you die, it should randomly select an item on your corpse and duplicate it, that way you still have one and one is dropped. Also, when you die, it'd be cool if a copy of the gun you were using at the time was put in your inventory.

This is a quote from HGN's forums. This is what happens when Silver makes a assumption, he turns into a 12 year old. He also thinks I released the script which I swore I would not do.
HGN has very low quality roleplay, it is dreadfully stale. No one uses emotion, no one uses detail. People join the server and think this "How many guns and items can I get and how many people can I kill, with the least amount of roleplay possible." Locke, you are to good of a roleplayer to think that it is good and I feel bad for you.

Well, common members thought of the idea several months ago, it kinda caught on, and if you think about it, it's a very likely trade, there is no law in the zone other than the occassional military appearence, anything can happen, it's a lawless place bound by nothing other than the reactors radiation, a new world in existance.
