The reason its small is because every one can just chill in one area and server aint to big either. I hate it when your on city 18 and everyone is hidden loner rping. Its the perfect size.

I wouldent buy the HL2 framework simply because there are already 7-8 servers using it...

Shhh, hahah. Yeah I wouldn't either to be honest, now that I think about it. But it is a very good gamemode, don't get me wrong.
You could then make your own, It wouldn't be incredibly hard for a basic one.
There's more servers using TacoScript and DarkRP; think about how many different DarkRP servers there are - it doesn't affect how popular your server will be. It's your personal modifications to the script and the way you run the server that makes it attractive to the players.
