Well then it's not RDM, unless bullet penetration is coded and the person has a shitty gmod.org Wire Auto Turret. If the person is getting busted into via the door, it's not RDM, it's home defence.

Because shooting a random person on the street from your apartment window is home defence.
If they're actively coming to you, lockpicking your door or cussing at you/ Tossing stuff up though the window, it is Home Defence and self-defence, if they're using it as a Sniper Spot for non-rp purposes, then ban them or arrest them.

But then breakable windows and easy to get ammo are the real problems, aren't they?
The easiness of getting ammo is probably part of it. Guns shouldn't come preloaded, and ammo should at least require buying it from someone. Having to craft ammo somehow might be another solution.
