I've come to notice a few flames and trolls lurking about, sorry lads, we don't do fantasy roleplaying. But thanks for the bumping none the less, no wonder recruitment have been so well latley.

Admin for [UMLF Serious Dark RP] Server for a week or two before i left because several differences with a immature 13 year old admin that had a thick fucking skull. Operator for [UMLF]Build Server until i left because of the above reason. - I am currently turning 16. I am mature. I have a mic but my voice cracks and i sound twelve which i hate... There are plenty of trustworthy people out there, which is why we made this thread. People apply, we see if they would be good admins, if so they're in.

I mean, gee, I've done this for over two years now, make like a decent person and don't tell people how to run things. Your method is worthless, since it results in a bunch of twelve year olds getting special treatment, you pick friends for their personal aspects, and you pick administrators for their professional aspects. There, I took the critisism, and found a few perfectly reasonable pointers to show that it's not constructive.
