As I'm about to connect myself to check this apparent "Horrific" server, I wonder how it can have an usual amount of 10-20 players on the server at the same time when there's 12 registered members. And you're saying you have 2 servers, when I can only track down one of them.
Still, I haven't tried the server itself, so what can I do?

Yeah, also the website is new that's why. Also we haven't been playing actively for awhile. Me and a friend are currently working on our own gamemode.

Would that be the cause of the faulty editing of the current script? F1 is completely off and it seems to be just ripped from someone else. The least you could do with the script would be editing it to a playable point.

In reading this so called quote of Katsuro admitting to an attack does anyone have a screenshot of the chat as chats in plain text can be made to say anything you want them to also do you have any proof you were DDOSed or DOSed?. In my opinion this seems a bit BS and schu / katsuro doesnt seem like the kind of guy with the knowledge or the resources to have a botnet or the bandwidth/tools to stage such an attack.

Of course I did, I have them right he- wait, no, that's right, I wasn't keeping an eye on how large the server ping was when you DDoS'd our server because I wasn't sitting there expecting it. DDOS = Distributed Denial Of Service Attack an attack on a network/server/computer involving several bots (Servers or Zombie PcS) normally connected together via an IRC network. Also if it was DDOS it would take your server down with ease and maybe a couple of others on the same network card /IP.
I cant imagine a 15 year old setting this kind of thing. Also a spike in ping can be various things not nesscessarily an attack. Thing like you downloading or other downloading in your house can increase the ping or network traffic at peak times.
So Le Pidgey I understand you take every oppurtunity to flame schumacher/katsuro but can you stop spreading this kind of rumour with solid proof to back it up.

Plug in an IP and you're good to go, the program will do it for you. My ping would not affect the server's ping if I wasn't on the server, you're not really making sense Shep. I flame the shit out of Schu regularly and I'm fine to admit that, it's the relationship we have. It's not a rumour, but nor do I have any solid proof as you say. I'll make whatever claims I wish to make and that's just the way things work.

There are programs available but most host have the blocks up for them and they are DOS's as only one person does it. (The program to track and block attacks is from a plugin DAF something)
If your not on the server the only way you can see the servers ping is via HLSW or Steam and the servers ping is the connection between you and the server and if your downloading at home the ping you see for the server will increase. e.g The net at my uni is good so I get 5ms+ ping with my server and my home net sucks so I see it having a ping of 180ms+.
Also if he did use such a program to DOSo even attempt to there would be logs either through your server host or in -condump things like AC2 spam.
Goddamnit, why can't all the RP communities be nice to each other :saddowns:
