I see no problem with the admins, they played on my server whilist epidemic was down actually for a while. Until the pretty much rdmed and I mean plastered him with a sniper, he wanted a apology and all 3 ragequit.
I tried to join but when I did,it autodisconnected me because I didnt have the map for it, yet I have it downloaded correctly and everything.

You need to make sure the .bsp is in the garrysmod/garrysmod/maps folder.
Here's the thing with Necropolis: I had lot's of fun roleplaying... for about five minutes. No random zombie spawns, and barely any zombie players, if any. There is usually absolutely NOTHING exciting or even mildly interesting going on most of the time.
The players were polite, sure, and they helped me learn. However, even ITEMS are hard to get! They don't spawn on the map, even rarely, and everyone would talk about how you'd have to almost literally beg an admin for even a knife. It's completely ridiculous :/

Apologies, but this is serious roleplay, the players make the story, the admins help it along in terms of events. You do not need a weapon to roleplay.

Lol, you mean when you were shot with a completely roleplayed gunshot because you were sniping at us, then got upset and banned the guy who shot because you didn't want your character to die. Not only that but you were the one who requested an apology for in character actions out of character. So, uh, fuck off. Not to get off topic.
Well I am an old man in the RP world. I am 24 years old and I RP'd at TnB in the days that Lawgiver and I kicked ass with our ARES units. I then switched to Necro as I am a zombie fanatic. The script is great - lacking in some aspects - but still the best I've come by. The admins... hmmm well some are very mature positive people others are hypocritical and force you to RP within their limits.
The lack of actual items to be scavenged leaves you RPing by yourself looking for nothing. The players are a mix match bunch. Some of them have no damn clue about zombie RP and roam the streets mindlessly and have failed to learn the golden rule... "Even though there are no zombies online... RP like there is a million of them"
The others are a very close knit group... that very rarely let knew players into their groups. Then there are the very select few that know how to RP AND know how to integrate new players into their RP. I stopped playing Necro about a year ago because I lost interest in RP all together for the simple fact that I seemed to be the only one who could RP without turning it into either a raping or some form of mingery (Save a select few that rocked at RPing) and also because Locust banned me because I said that the script needed some work.
Eitherway try it out if you like it great if not... keep looking.

Not every survivor has a weapon, so they have to use their legs to run away.
I played this for a while.
It was nice. However, after months of playing, I finally got a weapon.
In 5 minutes, I was robbed and everything was stolen.
I got another gun.
5 minutes later, I was robbed again.
This sort of fear makes players hide in a safe place, never to exit. Eventually the server stagnates to a bunch of close-knit people RPing, never letting new players in, forcing new players to form their own cliques, and so on.
Not to mention the community is extremely xenophobic. I became hated by the community because I made a few faction ides.

I think I played there when there was zombie spawns. Trust me you don't want them on or that million zombies becomes true
