I'm interested in seeing how this actually works out, a lot of people have commented saying they're willing to help, but nothing's come of it thus far; mainly because there needs to be some organization.
Anyway, I'd like to request that there be No money printers, I absolutely hate them, It's just unrealistic, stupid, way too easy to farm hundreds of thousands of dollars within a couple hours of afk'ing, If you want to employ some money farming aspects, use Drug plants / Drug farms / Cocaine etc with the risk of explosion / non-profit so it's not such a walk in the park.

I like that idea! It would be nice to ditch the printers and really focus on a drug market.
Also, we have ditched ProBoards due to popular request and are considering VBulletin.

If you couldn't afford a 3 dollar web server for a few months, VBulletin is going to be way out of your price range. Licenses are around $250 if I remember correctly. MyBB forums can look really nice, and have a wide range of community plugins.

If you ever need help with adminstration of your server you could hit me up. I'm from europe, so I could cover a different timezone.
As for coding I'm pretty much filled up with doing my own stuff, but I could always do some small things.
I was thinking about making an "admin baton" lately, with quick access to kick/ban/freeze/etc, with the click of a button.
I'm also interested in game design, so if you want to differentiate your server from others by implementing different game mechanics, we could talk as well.
Usually, the people here just bitch about people wanting to start new servers, but it seems something good is actually coming out of this thread.

Before I put any money into this, though, I would like to ensure that I have a solid staff.
What I bring to the table is Graphic Design, strong leadership, experience, and ideas.
Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with lua and will be needing someone who does (I know how this usually turns out...). I'll also be using this as an opportunity to learn it.
Additionally, I'll need 3 other strict and mature people to act as moderating administrators (If you have other skills too, that's even better).
I'll also gladly take any tips or advice.

I think that DarkRP is more hated because of the playerbase, than the actual gamemode. IMO, the only thing I dislike about DarkRP is that the HUD/UI looks like complete shit, you don't save anything but money on restarts,etc.
I don't see a valid reason to hate on the gamemode, since generally, when I am playing with mature players, it is quite fun.
