This is smexy. Ill look into a RS gamemode see if i can find anything similar.
And make sure they arent DarkRP edits :P
Im not really a runescape fan, but i like the idea of this, ill try make a runescape gamemode myself when other projects are finished.
Runescape is just to big for Garry's mod, the map would need to be different then the actual runescape.
But, it could be a good idea, I might work on something like this.

-NPC vendors AND random weapon drops (depending on the monster level)
-working bank
-Working food with cool models
I also hope that I can see the maps though, are you using anything special?
