Hello... I will be the best BadMin possible... I prom1s3... I will slay random people every round.. I will ban someone perm if they call me or anyone else bad names like meanie.. I will aboose as much as i can.. .And disrespect all other adm1n1strat0r$ and attempt to get them demoted.. And since you dont want anything of the oposite to happen... I think that is why you should hire me... Anyways that was an example.. See you could be getting someone just like that to be admin because you have never met them ingame and see how they handle situations.. They obviously arent going to say what i did they most likely say this.. Well hello there... See when i play RP i like to sit next to the fire with a steaming hot cup of tea.... I like to play to the best of my abilities. Also i like to help people and what better way to help people then becoming admin....of course. I think i would be a wonderful administrator to your community. I have experience and i have played RP for a long time now about 6-7 months. Which means i know the rules and i know how to play. So i would know if anyone was breaking the rules and i could punish them accordingly. I would also be able to spot out hackers, rdmers, etc. I also know how to deal with trolls and punish them accordingly also. Anyways I'm a very friendly guy and i guarantee your players would like to play with me and to have them as their administrator.

So thats why i think you should have this thread closed start up your server and scout for some people you think you would be a good admin and then ask them if they want the position and then from there after you have a admin team of like 5 or 6 people have the server get populated.. And if you have your forums up create an admin app section. Then, let people apply and have the community give them + or - support... Obviously if he/she isnt fit to be admin they would get - support, if they were they would get + support... Also, if you have some people in your community that are trolls and just hate people for retarded reasons, you might want to make a rule for admin apps saying if you give + or - support, list some reasons... I think that sums up what i wanted to say :)
I would just like to say I knew he already said something like this... But I was on my Iphone when I saw this and I didnt want type what I just did on my Iphone then I forgot about it and then I remembered so :)

Well as i have mentioned im not just giving admin for the people that say "C@n M3 Hav @Dminz" I make them apply for respected, if they do so they can take a test to get admin. Since my server is not up yet. I am not giving anyone admin yet. (to get admin I must meet you IN GAME) And you cant just add me to your friend list and say hey im playing can you come.

1. My server is perfect. The reason there are no players ATM, is because of an admin problem. If we were truly so unpopular and shitty, would we have 8 pages worth of posts? Would the thread have survived this long? No.
2. Any server that has jobs like that is shitty. Its not RP. Scripted jobs =/= RP
3. You obviously have no bloody idea what you want. Good, big maps take months to make and will cost you far more than 25$, unless you want a very bland, boring map. You are far better off sticking to downtown or evocity.
I can make you a map with 1 building which is not very detailed for $25...

I'm not going to edit somebody else's map, chances are the vmf isn't publicly available, which would require de-compiling which will fuck shit up and it will also be stealing.
