You realize that he would have to mark up prices anyways, not only that but if he where to sell dedicated boxes he would be a middle man to the datacenter which is highly unideal to anyone with a problem.
You always rent from the datacenter who has available techs on site and stuff like that, you get better prices too.
I don't think Brock gets anywhere enough of a discount for it to be profitable either.

We get a 17% discount at Limestone, but again, we would not be reselling boxes.
You could require a deposit or echeck of some sort that you can't charge back. You could also require a user to pay for X days on normal hosting before they can use a dedi.

I'm not exactly sure how many 'free box' threads pop up here...
There were a couple "free hosting/server/box" threads, so it's more of hoping to be the lucky one to get there first.
