Funny. Anyway i have seen this software before and its a online java thing like a spiderdiagram creator? Its very interactive. I dont know the name, does anyone else?
See I wouldn't mind taking 15 minutes every round or something, devising a plan, sending spies to the bank (they dont know who the robbers are). Doing stuff like distracting guards so it keeps it interesting. Cause you dont want it to be like Jail Break.
Well then go buy fabrics and make some uniforms. And a fake ID printer will help you
God I would LOVE a gamemode like this.

This is more like an RP than the sort of fast paced Fretta-like gamemode that the OP suggested.

Third part, after the money is stored away a timer or something starts, within that time span security calls police/swat (the security guards are switched to police, highest kill rate are swat, it makes no sense for the security to run over to the building and try to reclaim it themselves) and they have to try to reclaim the money. After the time runs out, the server refreshes (With everyones money/weapons saved) and it starts again. If the robbers win, the money (large amount) is split between them. Is there a possibility to have an automated weapon seller? I can see it being incredibly boring sitting in a little booth and once every round you sell weapons to people.
servers arnt any problem. its the people running the servers is what u gotta watch out for. im sure 300 people would give up their servers (even myself) for a gamemode that they only have. but one wrong move and all the servers have ur gamemode :P PS: response to Dragonin

I'll do the playermodels and security guards/citizens etc and adapt my bank robbers to the gamemode, providing the mode is coded first and isn't done half-assed. I like where this is going... A cool RP spin on a team-based gamemode.
