Would you join a TTT server that had no pointshop models or not alot.

The worst thing about pointshop for TTT, in my opinion, is character customization. The whole idea seems to be counter intuitive to the gamemode's deliberate decision to make everyone the same player model in order to remove the method of identifying others based on physical appearance. I personally would find it incredibly frustrating to be identified later as the traitor because someone saw me (with my silly hat) killing someone in the distance. On top of that, I feel it removes a lot of opportunities for misdirection and false accusations by the traitor when innocents can be vindicated because of their unique appearance.

Very good point, although I don't really mind if some Innocent catches me doing some Traitorous deed, then calls me out and points out my appearance. It adds up to the excitement in a way. (I would confront them through mic at this point though, either denying being a Traitor or a flat-out "Fuck you Innocent bitch.")

When everyone is the same player model, it just feels kinda 'meh' for me.. Probably because I consider TTT a less serious, 100%-casual game and I expect some "funny" stuff from a server. Oh well.

To each their own. My gripe is that TTT servers without a pointshop are so few and far between.

So in the end, yes, OP, I would gladly join a TTT server without pointshop and hope you do make one to join.

Hmm, although I have to that sometimes I've stumbled upon servers which have only ONE custom model (Dr. Kleiner) plus hats though, but not an excessive amount of hats either. So, that's another option OP might wanna consider.

And as always, there's quite some other stuff that can make a server a bit bad, other than customization.
