I've never needed more than vanilla content to roleplay without any problems at all. Perhaps some aesthetics to enhance the mood, but come on. 1.8 gig? What could be that important?

They're trying to host the server in a way that makes it seem like a total conversion of the game, so they don't have to use their imagination for every single thing. Believe it or not, your preference of RP isn't for everyone; some people find it mind numbingly boring.

So, I don't see that as a bad thing. We can argue as much as you please, but truth is, the community voted for most of the content, and it's optimized on the server and stripped off of all clientside content, so the server has a one gigabyte addon, it's perfectly optimized and people enjoy it. But, if you're too lazy to do that, then, I guess you're not as devoted as the rest of us. Needless to say, your loss, mate. But we're problably better off without prejudists anyways.

But on the other hand, there are some really usefull props that i use a lot for decorating my house and or store.

Okay, but why would i need more props to decorate my apartments? Original content is just as good. So there are lots of non-useful stuff in the content pack.
