I'm not sue what my top 10 are but just make sure you don't download too much stuff. I spent more time downloading stuff than i did played and i ended up with 20gig of stuff in my garrysmod folder. i had to delete about 15gig because the game took 10minutes to load all the items and i got sick of waiting.
