I got XP Antispyware 2010 at two separate points, and used Spyware Doctor to kill it both times. It fucks your shit up. Badly. It disabled AVG, at least for me, so I had to kill it from safe mode. Strangely, nobody I talked to thought it was a virus. :downs:

Pirating ain't that good of a choice. Also, I noticed my school pirates the fuck out of valve. Most of them don't know who/what valve/steam is. Even though every time I see them playing a stolen copy of Half Life, I Frown at them and walk away, yet I have a urge to play it, since I never had played HL. :smith:

I've always considered that a grey area.
I did that with Mirror's Edge though. Have it for 360, but 360 went "KERFUFFLE SPLATTO!!!" and I tried to a torrent running on my PC.

Don't tell him to buy the valve complete pack just tell him to buy half life source the orange box and the source multiplayer pack and zeno clash if he wants those models.
Im sure it would work fine, though the only reason I dont pirate steam games is because of online play or just because I dont want to be a douche to valve.
