I am unable to find a 5670 that has low profile AND uses just a single slot, so then you'll need to get the 5570 :

You can improve your computer, but you'll be better off buying a completely new build instead of upgrading this PC.
And the minimum requirements of APB is exactly the 5570, so you should be able to play it, but don't expect it higher than low-medium.
