You don't need to make a dedicated server, just start GMod SVN and host a listen server from there.

I think your ports need to be open if you wan't other people in your listen server.

OH MY FUCKING GOSH. I updated my driver to the latest, tried dxlevel81, I tried dxlevel90, Deleted the 1st garrys mod folder, deleted the second garrys mod folder and still nothing. I have reinstalled steam like 3 times THIS IS SO FUCKING ANOYING.
