Why would you post about your server in the "general" section when there's a "rust servers" section?
The irony here is this is EXACTLY the fucking same with GMOD. Look at the fucking general section. Huge numbers each day are just 12 year olds putting up their "unique" TTT servers.
I've went to Loosecannon murder and they banned me for about 5 hours for calling somebody a dipshit although I only used one unclean word in a sentence.
Don't forget how you can get perma banned there over a link.
Shot a admin that I was for a murderer and got banned for 1 day for "RDM" although everybody accused him of being the murderer and it was right.
If you don't want a guy on your server - ban him, it's your little dictatorship to do as you wish in. Crashing his game? Not cool tbh.
It isn't crashing, it's just executing commands on the client, most likely the "exit" or "quit" console commands which makes you drop to the desktop.
There's been debates on whether servers should be able to execute commands from the clients console since HL1 was in its infancy. Is it unethical? probably, but nobody really cares. If you don't want commands executed on you, don't play on the server that does it.
There once was a legitimate reason to be worried back when HL1DM first came into existence in the late 90s, Valve had a bunch of leftover debugging cvars and console commands that could be used to access the file system under the game and really cause problems. All of those were removed over 13-14 years ago though.
