Look, Garry's Mod is broken because of a Source Engine update. According to Garry he's done all he can to get it working and says "It's all in Valve hands now." Which means GMod will be working in about 6 years (see what I did there? ;) ) But on a serious note I'm sure Valve will get the update working for GMod soon :)
He said he wasn't sure if VALVe worked on Saturdays, which sucks, but anyway, once VALVe releases the patch he sent, it will work again.
Jeez.
That could take hours upon hours.

I like threads like these because it shows where all the idiots are, namely anyone blaming garry for valve's engine update fail.
SVN version works fine if you want to sandbox/toybox but joining servers is null.

I was wounding when valve would break a whole game. It seem like a long time since they did.
Anyway Garry fixing it so hold on tight and in the mean time play L4D or Tf2 or whatever game that give you a boner till then.

Garry already fixed it, Valve just has to release it. And I don't get boners when I play games.

Garry already fixed it and sent the update to valve,we are waiting for valve to stream the update to their servers and then make it available.
