Well, don't go on random servers, especially don't go on the 'this server has been hacked' servers, they are the worst. I siggest you just delete your garrysmod folder, that should fix the problem, if it doesnt, just re-install windows, that's what I would do, then post somewhere the IP of the server you went on, so that no-one goes on it.
Ugh, I went on a Tacoscript server and got the E-Penis bug, now my steam is shot to hell, I can't even open it, I searched for any programs with chrisaster in them and its still broken, Im getiing the message "Failed to load SteamUI localization file" so i am currently unable to run anything steam related.
Re-install steam is all I can suggest for that, or see if a "Repair" option is available in the programs list.
is it just me or does steam have the best file replacement system ever?

The Mr. Green ZS server isn't infected. It's a fake server probably, which we can't do anything about.
I am unable to uninstall gmod (I deleted the GMod steamapps folder) because I can't open up steam...
Nor can I uninstall it through other means, I guess i have to reinstall windows

Outside of the data-folder, you can't create or delete files. But you can change the data-folder easily. And it seems that this is not protected so you can write to every location.
Hooray, I went through all my program files, nuking folders left and right, and then i ran a Norton Scan, problem seems cleared up now

Er35 or whatever his name is claimed to have made the backwards chrisaster is awesome script, so it could be him. Seeing as right before you released your first "script" you made a facepunch thread telling everyone about what you found, I took a look at the code you made and it was poorly done.
