Well I've seen a real-time water physics simulation in the Source engine and it was particles scattering like water. Pretty cool, I must say.

Screw the OP here's my list.
1. PHX was never made. Instead, a large pack of various hl2-like props was created. Things like chairs, tables, etc.
2. Wiremod was never made. Instead, a small toolkit allowing players to link together buttons with simple entities. (Think GCombat or PewPew)
3. The community never turned DarkRP into shit.
