These Frameworks lay the basis of things out for people, such as inventory, stats, that sort of thing. After that, the person who creates it usually lays a "Theme" such as HL2RP, which sets up everything else the framework didn't such as flags. People can change the theme, but in the case of Conna's framework, Clockwork, people had to pay to be able to change it because DMCA LOL. TLDR; Clockwork is a payed framework, Nutscript is free. Conna rages because now he has less business and puts links to his framework in people's titles.

I don't think it's right to let the minority ruin something for the majority But it's also super fucking annoying to see that HUGE HALF LIFE 2 advertising everywhere, even though people clearly don't want it so I can see this as a good change, especially if it's just a temp thing
