Joes Dedicated Servers are pretty good, I host 6 servers on a quad for $140 a month. Little to no lag. Lovin it.

You don't have a separate ticket system?. What about the game control panel (TCAdmin, swiftpanel, whatever you use).
If everything is down, you are the one host I will never use and if I was with you I would drop you in a second. If theres one thing I would absolutely hate more then anything else its not being able to fix any problems if my server went down or had issues.

You can ask WHMCS for a free dev license if you'd like.
I have a full license of TC Admin and WhCms, Customers have all the support info emailed to them.
We use the support ticket system in tcadmin.

Im only changing the look of the whcms site, TcAdmin site has remained unaffected.
