I tried to build a minigun using those large metal wheel props. Had much fun trying to find out how the Axis tool worked. I didn't know about wheels and motors, so I made the whole thing rotate using thrusters.
Then I wondered why it was so jiggly, and tried to make it more stable by adding ropes there and there, which only made it worse.

I made a wheel, and kept putting wheels on the end of that wheel, and i did this until i had like a hundred wheels, and then i put a seat on the last wheel and tried to defy physics.
I just crashed.

Airboat plane. Used 3 things. Airboat, thrusters, and balloons. Lots and lots of balloons.
The first thing I remember that I tried to make was a fail space ship made out of phx2 props. It was made out of glass, so when my friend came over, he broke it. Such was life back then.

I made a machine that dispensed melons in Gmod 10. In Gmod 9 I made a box with balloons on it.
-1st basic contraption: a laboratory base in gm_construct with security!
-1st MOST successful contraption: An EasyEngine Car with advance suspension and specially built for offroad racing, I call it the "MUD PLUGGER"
-1st Crashing a server: Spawning a lot of EVIL Disc Building all over the map!
-1st failed contraption: A huge freezed space station and then i accedentally clicked "R" in front of the contration wich shaked up the whole shit!
-1st stupid thing: Spawning thrusters to a striders limb with a pod !

A car (a box with wheels) made of blast doors. It had a ballsocketed hatch to get in and a windshield materialized tank glass. Tank glass was awesome, every vehicle had to have tank glass.
I didn't know about vehicles so I just ducked in it.

The camera is welded and it´s made for having a nice thirdperson view.

My first contraption was something of a flying fortress made out of blast doors with Borealis doors as scaffolding. Everything was wired to a seat on the [B]roof[/B] (dumb idea, but seemed like a good one at the time).
I then covered the bottom with turrets and in the words of 'The Great Captain Freeman':

before i learned how to use the rotate feature on the phys gun i just moved props and placed blockers with physgun (froze em) and i made a catapult from a big pole and ropes only , and it had a basket at the end and it shoot melons at 9-10 meters :3: good times
Well, all i did back in the days of Garry's Mod 9 was hang ragdolls upside down from ceilings and pretend i was interrogating them, it's sad i know, but i had alot of fun doing it.
A very poorly constructed couch car. It just went in circles because I knew squat about setting up wheels and was too heavy as I slapped Companion Cubes on it, because they were there.
A terrible ramp, and launched a car made with merry-go-round wheels on a cargo container.
Also, made a nifty wheel-tower. Crappy lag, though.
