Call me an asshole if you want, but I find it very unlikely that if you're sick with cancer, and you are practically on your death-bed, I don't think doctors turn around and say "Oh hey, you are going to live!" then you suddenly die afterward. Even then the last thing you'd be doing is playing garrysmod on the laptop.
And that little signature toward the end of the story made it seem like it was a really good told fiction story.

What is that like a prayer to garry? If so then there's many similarities between garry & god.
For example they never listen and they definetly do not forgive any bans / sins.
Anyway, Well. What can i say?(i'm probably the only one who doesn't agree that this is an excellent way to spend your last hours.) Not trying to be a bitch or anything but you know... Playing gmod on your deathbed... You might aswell be on 4chan singing "ho ho ho its xmas time..." and sprout out "show your tits bitch" to your mother as your last words. Definetly not the way i wish to spend my last hours, But then again ill probably look what to do with my spare time when the time comes, But if i knew i were going to die i'd probably try to do something else than play gmod.

Ya there are many ways you can die just like that, For example -well, cancer is definetly one of them.
You know doctors arent wizzards, they analyse the signs, And depending on that they say "ya hes gonna live" or "sucks to be him lol fo reals". If they don't notice something it can easily make the doctors statement false.
