Get sued? Was my post not clear enough or did you not read it? You can't get sued over running a leaked mod, even if you could everone that doesn't live in the same country as Kuro could still run it without fear of legal prosecution, I can live with a heated letter from a lawyer and not entering kurostan through an airport.
I don't care if kuro charges for his work, good for him..... Nexus 3.1 is free right?

You are using Valves content to make a profit and you also loaded the scripts with so many back doors and commands that you should be ashamed that your selling it at such a high price. If someone uses a leak or bypassed version there is nothing you can do about as Openaura or any of your schema s can not be copyrighted as they have content by valve not yourself. Just face it Kuro people are pissed off that you are selling schema s that are very shit and buggy. Game modes are not allowed to be sold according to Valves tos because its there content and you have to have written permission to sell it and they get a profit. Which Kuro you do not have. I contacted Valve with evidence of what you are doing and that you "claim" ownership of the content. Your schema s are full of bugs but it looks like you do not care because your making money from it. I know many of your customers are unhappy with the way they are treated and your support system sucks. Also does "fuckyoualex" mean anything to you?
Ugh, can we just quit these threads already. It's been apparent for a [b]very long time[/b] that Kuro could care less what people think about him selling his gamemodes. If you're really that upset about him making money, keep updating Nexus and giving it away for free.

I honestly don't understand how releasing a free version of your stuff is gonna hurt your sales at all, Conna, but you're not known for your capability to think logically, so there's that. Technically he's charging for a service, that's why it's not illegal.
A service in which he claims ownership for. The game mode is still breaking valves tos which is illegal. Do some research before posting.

If he is then he's not selling a license, a term of usage, he's just providing a service not a product, therefore wouldn't be protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which by the way doesn't apply outside of the US jurisdiction. So we're all free to leaking his stuff to our heart's content

Also people who don't know, Nexus is as a free gamemode nowadays.

CakeScriptG2 broke, and JWJ never bothered with fixing it, but since then a lot of other people have fixed it. Including me.
I have what I call an unofficial CakeScriptG2 1.0.5 on my comp that I was gonna use for something, but I just never got around to it. If you want it, send me a pm, otherwise I'd recommend Tiramisu.
