my fiend silverlight had this this game and he made it look so fun so i bought it, and i thought i would play with him but never spoke to him ever snice i bought it from steam =( but i enjoyed it =)
Garry's mod 9 of cors. At first I hated the new Q-Menu, but now I can't get used to the Gmod 9 one.
It used to be fun with all the gamemodes and such.
I was looking for some fun HL2 mods and saw this awesome video of a dumpster being roped to the sky and getting pushed back n forth...
I thought it was EPIC! and so i downloaded Gmod v7a :D
I gotta say though, Gmod v8 and 9 were the days..
i've always been a big fan of First Person Shooters. i saw some videos on youtube showing off some sweps. i asked what game that was and someone told me gmod. a little research later and tada i now own gmod.
I was watching videos on youtube and found a video of some guy building something. I didn't understand what was the purpose of the game, but decided to buy it cause it was cheap :D
I saw GMOD videos on Youtube so I thought I should give it a try. That was a year ago and just today my friend gifted it to me :D
A youtube poop in which there was 1.3 seconds of gmod in which grigori shot someone into a house. After BUTTLOADS of research and questions I was led to gmod and it was great.
My cracked steam stopped working :yarr:
i was watching endorphin videos and then a gmod video was related to it (somehow the gmod spiderman video)
Seeing GMOD videos on YouTube, and its probably the biggest sandbox game out there.
Gmod 8 and 9 were great, so I bought 10 when it came out.
Played it forever when it was free, first day purchase.
Played it in a PC gaming store thing once. It went out of business later that year. That place is the reason I have Gmod and joined Facepunch. :crying:

my friend got it. and we got into modding.
Ever since that portal for free event.
I have a friend who I played HL2 deathmatch a lot, and we would build forts out of props using the gravgun. He told me about garrysmod and how much better it was for building. I didnt have a credit card so I gave him 10 bucks IRL and he got his bro to get it for me. Ah, those were the days.

Played Garry's Mod 9 and liked it. I also noticed a lot of the mods for Garry's Mod were for 10, not for 9.
