I highly suggest you do not go with this company. I recently had a server with them and the support tickets got answered by inexperienced staff.
The server started of good but within 2 weeks the server kept crashing for unknown reason after reinstalling the server 5 times.

I haven't seen any of this so far. I ordered a server yesterday and had a small problem with Paypal, they had it fixed by the end of the day. So far I have received fantastic support, and I am really loving the service.

I am sure that any crashing had something to do with your server and not just things on our end. We run pretty standard Windows configurations with the same security setup that other providers use with only a few other things that couldn't affect crashing.
Xenon servers are the best host I have ever used. They are Reliable, Fast, and very Supportive.

Exactly their new servers are very powerful and can handle all of these servers.
My Dedicated Box can handle all of my servers fine but their servers specs are higher than mine.

You're right. I was abit ticked off since the advice I got not only disabled all script hooks, but even default settings aswell. It's called "support", and all it did was breaking my server. So after that ticket, and another, I then asked for some help again. During the time I waited for a response, I solved it on my own, so yeah, you'll have to excuse the harshness of me saying "Gee, nice timing.".
Clearly, you're very hostile against how I tried to give an [I]unbias[/I] endorsement, where I actually said an honest thing, such as "It had it's problems, but latley it's been great."
I'm very sorry, and I'll do my best to not offend you with being a satisfied client.

Lag is a big problem for me though. Seems like the server is always lagging and aside from PHX and Durgzmod I only have a few addons for server tools and that is it. :\
