If I were to make a serious achievement, I think it would be "Freezer" "Freeze one million props." Since you freeze props so much while you play, this would be hard to obtain, but would happen randomly. I probably would have this achievement. Blue Death: Blue Screen your computer using GMod. I swear to god I managed to do this, I was dicking around with GBombs and something happened causing them to explode. Instead of simply crashing the HL2.exe it blue screened my computer.
