They are console commands. Open the console, type in "mat_dxlevel", and hit Enter. It should say what it's set to. Please tell me.

I FIXED IT!!!
Before I was simply deletingthe garrysmod/garrysmod folder, now I deleted the one above that, and it fixed it! Finally!
