I remember when I told steam support, they were back to me in only an hour and had the entire thing resolved that day, and said that I could keep all the stuff he unlocked in tf2. Unfortunantly I don't play tf2 anymore so didn't really matter.
Well I'm from germany and my answers are always german, even if I write it in english, and it seems that germany has less employees than US and UK...
