It's not a traceroute, the ip is actually owned by poundhost, it is registered like that in the ip database.

i had seperate game servers before that but then decided a dedi would be better, +i am getting better value for money with a dedi. although the serperate servers were the exact same i did not move to a dedi because i was having problems it was my own choise to save money not because of problems

I did do a traceroute and more using nmap (How I got your uptime) but the poundhost info is whois.
ive submitted a support ticket to see what they say...
see if they tell the truth although tbh i dont realy care great service imo

Ive done some research and good for GTX, Poundhost are located at bluesquare!
PoundHost Internet Ltd, BlueSquare House, Priors Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 2HP. United Kingdom.

and the reason the IP's are registered to poundhost is because GTX are located inside poundhost(which is half of bluesquare) thus it being registed to them, but the ip's belong to GTX

Nope. No ISPs in Britain give out static IPs. Virgin Media is the closest you can get; generally they change once every 3 months or something like that.
