ok i found animations api beta and tried it out... i made an animation (gesture) and saved raw lua to sh_boneanimlib.lua and i went to my knife swep and typed self.Owner:SetAnimation("knife_stance") and i got errors how do you save them and use them please last question if i get this answered
In 3ds max make an animation, export as skeletal smd, repeat for the cardinal directions and up and down, use pose parameters in the qc to make movement realistic, apply using CalcMainActivity in a derived gamemode
It's ok thanks anyway I figured out how to make them using the API it's really cool you should try it out my problem right now though is when you make an animation it has a bug for waking sometimes thanks for helping though
