how to hold e to rotate objects

First thing ever done after spawning a prop in gmod, for around anyone... Bashing it around into everything... X3... EDIT: I just loved the screen-shaking thing... Damn, I wish I had a rumble-mouse or something :l .

Well, I thought noclip was some weird glitch. [IMG]http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb85/manpersonguything_2/hurr.gif[/IMG] Also I fail at easy weld. Badly. I don't use it. Thus a simple box takes forever. And I couldn't use buttons for a bit.

When I first got GMod I thought I had some glitch in my game that let me go through walls and stuff with noclip. I went around all day being sneaky and watching people thinking I was super cool.

Also, I knew about shift e but I never use it. I REALLY need to start.

not knowing anything about phx or wire, thinking my gmod was broken.

Shift + e noclip tripwire related stuff thinking that welding the exact right spot on a prop mattered

Hmm... I went on a LAN server with a friend, and we were going to have BASE WARS! YEAH!...he built his, and I wondered how all of his conrers were so neat, and tidy...they wer right on the money, and rotated perfectly...mine looked like a tubling down shack with things leaning every which way... Short time after I found Smartsnap...

i didnt know how to make props perfectly horizontal or vertical (you know when rotating a object, press e :) )

I didn't really realize the q menu had tabs so for the first couple weeks I just used basic tools and props. Then when I had a friend try it out I saw him moving the cursor to the NPC tab and I :doh: 'd hard.

I didnt know how to rotate objects and i didnt know standard weld was better than easy weld

I didn't know that you could press e next to a wheel to make it go the other way. I hit it with the crowbar thinking it would do something, and I accidently hit e while doing it. This made me think you had to crowbar wheels to make them go the other way.:doh: I did this for a whole month.

I didn't know how to noclip so I propsurfed to get to the buildings in gm_construct.

How to rotate an object. :\ Also how to remove something. (Other than Z, I saved and loaded it the next day and wanted to delete something)

Didnt know how to talk for a month... Got banned from like 100 servers cus i couldnt answer (STUIPID OR WHAT??!! xD)

Straigtening props with the physgun using Shift+E.

I didn't know how to reload my guns. I just kept shooting til I was out.

I didn't know pressing e on the wheels would make them turn in the opposite direction, so for the longest time, what I did was for example: Left Weels: 5 - Forward 2 - Reverse Right Wheels: 5 - Reverse 2 - Forward It worked, but pressing e is a hell of a lot easier :P

Snap shit at angles with E + Shift. :saddowns:
