I had the same problem for a while. I did the following and it seems to have fixed it.
• Check the location of your gf_ entities. Make sure they're [b]at least 16 units[/b] off the ground.
• If you're using a gamemode entity to declare what gamemode you want to load with the map: Double-Check all the values for spelling errors.
• Make sure both your timers use either [b]OnFight[/b] or [b]OnBuild[/b], misspelling these doesn't cause an error in Hammer, but it will probably crash the gamemode.

You finally came through for me Night-Eagle. I just feel sad that you didn't want any help from me. Oh well, I'm already on a dev team but still would love to help you script this if you ever want any help. This has alway been my favorite GMod gamemode since I first played it.

I played it, but the server is usually empty and when it's not, there's a bunch of noisy Chinese kids with mics. It got so annoying. Sadly it's the only server up with Geoforts at the moment.

Say hello to the new equipment menu. Hi, new equipment menu!
This is an early version of CSE2 and is not fully-featured. The most notable flaws include hold types and used ammo. CSE2 does not have a dynamic aim system implemented yet.
The new equipment menu looks best at a minimum horizontal resolution of 1280 pixels. 1024 works fine, in 800, the menu must be dragged down, and in 600, is completely untested.
Revision 11 has been committed.
I'd be impressed if you actually managed to balance all the Counter-Strike weapons to be equally useful...
Yeah...I have to put the recoil system back in before it will balance out. I might end up pulling half the weapons out after it is done.
Still need a Deticated Server to run it on? I can let you use a 12 slot, maybe my 24 slot. Let me know.

First bug I noticed, is that if you shoot all the ammo out of a gun the sounds stop working after you reload, but if you reload before you run out of ammo, this problem can be prevented.
Any idea on when you will have the recoil system back in?

Two suggestions: Switch knife with stunstick (the knife can't hit ANYTHING), and add a bigger variety of prop types.
This gamemode is really fun, by the way. You should be proud :D
(The SWeps need some tweaking though)

The scope uses "gui/sniper_corner", which is included in "garrysmod content.gcf".

No no, your code is good. I just didn't want all that fancy stuff in the gun scripts. All I really want is Ironsights. I'm gonna try and do classes too, but that's a whole other project, As I am not a lua god like you hahaha.
By the way, the gamemode seems to crash my server a lot after people have played on it for a few hours, and I know it's not the server, but I'm not sure whats cuasing it..
