Been a customer of GTX for 3 months. I rent a dedicated server off them. When I asked for an upgrade and asked for a cheaper price/better deal. The support team immediatley dropped the price and ask me if this was ok. It was a fantastic price for what I was recieving. The support team is always happy to help and they have dealt with my problems on many occasions.
Unfortunatley I have recently been DDOS'd (Not the host fault obviously) and the IP was nullrouted by the datacenter, they have given me advise but I think they could have dealt with this situation better by putting more pressure on the datacenter. They didn't need to null route my IP address for that period of time, it seems ridiculous.
Overall the best host I have ever used.
Hopefully they'll keep it up.

This is business, if you do a shitty job people have all the right in the world to hate you. Don't act like you're a victim, just do what I did at Brohoster and prove people wrong with cold hard facts.
Any respectable professional company wouldn't come groveling to forums to gain some respect. People won't complain if you truly provide a high qaulity service.
I would spend more time looking after your current customer's than making a fool of yourself.

Just because I host too doesn't mean I can't provide objective advice to people. I think my post in the server hosting forums is more than objective enough for that to stay out of this game.
