It's because we actually host a fair ammount of servers :) And we host high risk servers. You just tell them down when they ask about DDoS attacks. The last couple of tweets are wrong, it's because the actual network usage reached the status alarm and that has been fixed now.

It's nice that they inform their customers when something like that happens; as people on my other servers do notice when another one of our servers is being attacked.

You can find all sorts of name in all sorts of countries today, a GeoIP location doesn't mean nothing.

Why are you registered as a sole trader? You do realise that leaves you with full liability if your company goes under, don't you?

You've shown that you're immature and honestly with the grammar and attitude I would never lease a server from you. I know they're not directly relational of server performance however if I had an issue I know from your posts I'm pretty much guaranteed to get a half arsed roundabout response. You're looking for ways to improve? Try your overall presentation.

I had a really bad host so I switched to gtxgaming and everything seems good so far! signed up today and Matt has been super helpful :)

They're not the biggest host by a longshot. They enjoy playing with their numbers. Also, I thought you had left?

A few months back, I posted a thread about GTXGaming with a screenshot of a support ticket that was outrageously stupid on their part. I asked if they could track down and stop a DoS attack that's been troubling my Garry's Mod server for a while. I expected tech support who knew what tech is but it turns out that GTXGaming's support is lead by a bunch of monkeys. He also said there was nothing he could do even though some more respectable GSP's such as Brohoster could probably track it down easily. [img]http://www.popcrunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/angry-monkey-739979.jpg[/img] [I]Matt, after seeing 1 starred replies.[/I] Me, being pissed off but trying to hold back raging and making a fool of myself online, asked for a refund and said that this was a terrible service. I got insulted by Jason Orange (pictured below) and he ended it with a snarky comment "good riddence". [img]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a2/Orange-fruit-2.jpg[/img] By this time I got extremely pissed off by the immaturity and stupidity of the so-called Tech Support on GTXGaming. I replied with something along the lines of "That's not how you talk to your clients, this is the shittiest host online." which I believe was deleted by one of the support members as it's no longer on the ticket. Matt (the monkey) then called me a 12 year old and "not a very nice person", and some idiot name Chris made an obsurd reply which wasn't even related to my problem. Matt finished it with "CHRIS LEAVE THIS TICKET". By this time they suspended my account so I could not access it at all. Pfft. 12 year olds running game hosting companies. I post this on facepunch and it receives quite a lot of recognition. It was reposted by a few people on 4chan who also supported me and proceeded to spam GTX with e-mails. Afterwards I received a call from the head honcho of GTX, apologising profusely about his staff's ignorance and begging me to remove the threads. In exchange he said he'd give me free hosting forever.. or something like that. I complied and removed the thread. I had some troubles on new year 2011 where I got suspended for some reason, but that was quickly sorted. I later bought a minecraft server from them, expecting a decent service, but it was just as terrible as the GMod server, crashing and lagging with only one player etc. so I complained to them quite nicely and they gave me a refund.
