Are they using TCAdmin? If the server status is unknown then it means that the monitor on that specific server has crashed / stopped responding. All they have to do is start up the monitor again (but it sounds like the box itself crashed, not just the monitor).

I'm with GTX now lol I had a week of fucking around with UKgame because they can't host for shit and now I'm getting the same problems with GTX it's so frustrating.

Ok Valve released some updates but I dont see that being a reason for the server to go into "unknown" status. Stay away from gtx, terrible service & support. I'm a previous customer.

I'd reccomend Protect Hosting, They are happy to help at all times and they are more professional.

server status "unknown" they should have told me if they're going to shut my fucking server down, for absolutely no reason. I was trying to set everything up in the server as it's new.

If I don't get a fix or a response from the support I'm going to request a full refund like I did with UKgame. or I could just start my own hosting company and do a much better job.

Have you created a ticket to matt about this or even better contacted him on msn about it?

There has to be a valid reason, you say the server is brand new this could, be the reason why it has to be updated believe me you have a few bumps to start with but after that its great stick with it

I'm a previous customer who has had nothing but trouble from Matt and his fake staff member. I know some of the staff that have left gtx because of the way he treats them. The servers I had were getting constant problems. I don't understand why you're supporting him, The evidence is in the tickets.

If people are paying money, they should be serious. From all the games I've ever hosted and leased not one has ever caused an "unknown" status. That only occurs when the remote (or master if it's on the master server) monitor is down. If it was due to an update he'd be able to update via the lovely run steam update button as shown below-

Now I have reason to believe you're a member or friend of GTXGaming whom is trying to defend Matt and GTXgaming by attempting to discredit people who actually know what they're talking about.
