Seconded. MNWRP is easily my favorite rp server. They're the only people to ever get SST right (not like that absolute failure of a TnB server) and they've got a lot of cool people in the community.

I like FAN RP... I know it sucked back then cause of a few kid admins (Suchi, Apollo, Siddy) But things are different now. Sure we still have to deal with the 12 year olds that come one but I think the server deserves another chance. As long as an admin is on that actually gives a care about the server (like Dr.Zhivago, Adam Jones, Nware (the previous owner of the server who comes on every now and then) NqSilverBullet and Hudson) I personaly know one of the admins and he does a very good job and so do the others. But sadly the server gets good rp once or twice a month but I think one of the admins is gonna leave it and start his own heavily modified version of darkRP that took a long time. He works on it when he's not busy doing admin work or other things.
