This gamemode plays out like Fallout RP, and it somewhat bugs me. If you know people already... Yeah, you'll get guns after an hour of money printer farming. If you don't know people expect your house to get robbed, raided/looted, and be pretty much the bitch of every faction because they simply 'dont like you'. Not to mention... I've gotten irritated by a few things. One... Landmines should actually explode when someone touches them. Not jump into the air and be useless. Two... Can we please speed the money printers up? I swear it took me like five hours too get $1000, and then someone just barged into my house, killed me and looted my corpse.

There isn't much you can do unless you have been playing since there server was up or you're in one of the most powerful groups. Edit: I usually just throw a landmine at someone who is trying to raid. Gets the job done most of the time.

I demand being nice to newbs. I don't like hiding from everybody for fear of getting robbed and humping my printer in the corners of the map..

You have no authority to demand anything, all you need to do is avoid other players and wait it out. the server is harsh, reminds me a lot of FOnline 2238. The stress makes it fun, and I would prefer it stay at its difficulty level rather than dumb it down for less experienced players.

Is the server up or down?

I think that the servers that run Fallout roleplay (particularly ZARP and IG) can't handle their playerbase correctly. For example, everyone wants to have the most badass faction in the wasteland. Okay, cool. They mug every day continuously and never get caught. Why is this you ask? Because there are only ten NCR and/or people who would stop that kind of behaviour in the whole server and about fifty lolmuggers in the server. This is just an example. But anyway, as for the [I]this[/I] server, I think someone should make an official faction that does good things instead of lolmugs constantly. Make it one of the more popular factions to reduce mugging. That's just what I'm going to do if I end up running/joining this gamemode...
