I need to join something. Black Mesa [b][i]looks[/i][/b] like Spencer's elitist group solely for his friends. Of course, I could be wrong. It could just be a small, tight packed group of the best equipped players led by an admin.

And the server is yet again reset. Only admin is conna and the beloved spencer (the holy god of the server box).. This is gonna be fun.

I keep getting material errors and model errors for the hands, even though I have downloaded the .rar contentpack.

Does anyone else get material and model errors, especially for vgui and the hands/keys/ammo, despite downloading the content?

Okay, someone who has successfully installed all the content to get the models to work, can you please tell me, in detail, what you did? I downloaded the content and map from the OP, exacted both into my garrysmod/garrysmod folder (which was clean) and yet I still miss some of VGUI textures, and the hands and keys models.

I believe you need HL2 EP 1 & 2. Do you have both of those installed?

I just downloaded everything through the server to spite everyone.

The first being that Spencer's admin was only temporary for the night as I had to leave urgently; he also had no power to give himself any items, only I have the power to give items and I wasn't there. The second thing is that you're implying that it's somehow unfair or elitist to have a group solely for your friends; I would say it's extremely wise to only allow your friends into your group...

I have since changed my opinion, but being new to the community and seeing what I would classify as an administrator leading a tight-packed group with the best equipment was simply suspicious, and nothing more. More so by the fact that absolutely no other player outside that group had gear of equal or greater value at the time. But what's said is said, and like I've said, I've changed my opinion since.

We also then deleted all characters who were members of the Black Mesa East group.

I have played on this server for a while, and i like it really much. but when i got one of my friends to join, he had errors. He had installed the content pack correctly, the games he have is: HL2, HL2: Episode 1, HL2: Episode 2, Counter strike and Left 4 Dead 2, and yes, they are activated in Gmod. I hope the server stops lagging soon. also they need to get rid of the bug where the screen hangs but you are still moving behind it.

I don't have HL:2 and its episodes, but your friend does, and we both get the same errors.

Why is my account suspended from the forums?

Quick question: Is the server down right now? I'm on the same host as Conna, and I can't seem to see our community server either.
