Those plants hanging from the balcony are see-through from the bottom, they're also floating because stone doesn't just latch on to a flat wooden surface. I don't know what sort of style you're going for, but it's definitely not medieval, perhaps you've created your own type of shitstorm style? Anyways, the interior is very sloopy, texture wise, prop-placement wise, everything in general. Your geometry is overly simplified to the point of making it look horrible. All the brush work is very impractical.

This.
I don't wanna be harsh but Maw you deserve a better mapper

Agreed, there's no attention to details at all.
I don't wanna be harsh but Maw you deserve a better mapper
I agree too...
You need to have a plan before making the map.
Look at GMT's lobby for example.
If you would be new and starting in the trainstation feeling "This UI is nice"
Then your walking up the trainstation stairs seeing a wonderful fountain with flowers around and a lobby behind it with some shops and some other stuff.
The first impression is always the most important one
And i dont think MrClean is a bad mapper, i only think the map isnt organized
Zeno, you should just get the point across, so I'll do it for you.
Maw, find a new mapper.
I'm going to answer all of these comments one by one because they all have valid points:

I have never worked with css props as I never map with css and didn't even nodice :/
I'm aware of the horrable texturing, brushwork and the entire building. I am going to plan this ahead of time and study the good medieval mas such as rp_mountain_village and rp_lakeland.

Yes, he does...
He deseves another mapper.
Themaw needs multiple maps, I will welcome any other mapper for old age. I don't care if he is better than me...
These posts have made me realise how bad I still am with brushes.
I will spend all my free time and and use all my effort to practise and make my mapping acceptable for a gamemode as great as this.

I'm going to start organizing and plan before I start mapping. When I was creating the building, I was doing it as I went. I have realized that planning is just as important as one's mapping skills.

He was getting the point across. There's nothing wrong with showing a bit of sympathy while still making sure that the person understands what you are trying to say.
Well worded, Zenolijo.
[editline]11:22PM[/editline]
Thank you for all the criticism.
I have realised that I can't rush through the map and expect that i'm still going to be mapping for the gamemode. I will begin to map with patience and refraim for rushing through.
I can't expect to map for this gamemode without putting all of my effort into it.

When it comes down to it, the only contributing factor to your bad map is you being a bad mapper.

This is redundant, there's no point in having two mappers if one is a bad mapper and the other is a good mapper. For example, let's say this gamemode uses multiple servers, if a player is walking around in a good-looking map and then is transferred to the next map (which was mapped by the bad mapper) it'll be a very noticable transition from a good-looking map to a bad-looking map, which isn't an ideal approach.
The other thing about having more than one mapper (in novice projects) is that most people don't know how to learn someone else's style quickly and apply it to their work. So even if there are two good mappers the maps may be noticeably different in the style aspect.

Just because you didn't create a layout prior to mapping doesn't mean that the map should be bad. It's true that a good map, let me rephrase that: it's true that a map that requires a long time span to complete absolutely requires a layout, but a layout is not necessary to produce beautiful brushes. If you're a good mapper, it's very easy to jump into hammer and start mapping whatever you feel like mapping, as well as having it look fantastic. There's not excuse, other than you not being a good mapper, for your map being bad.
Also, even though this is irrelevant, I'd like to point out that your grammar is horrible.
No excuses, only reasons. Mr.Clean is an inexperienced/beginner mapper, therefore his maps will not be on a par with someone who knows how to professionally map in hammer.
An example of a professionally done map could include Evocity.

Evocity is not a professionally made map in terms of quality, only in terms of the time put into it. But let's not change the subject.

You just made both of our posts pointless using common sense. I'm inexperienced with mapping. There is no reason for inexperience other than the amount of time I have spent mapping.
The only solution for inexperiance is practise.
I'm going to start making some small maps untill I get better.
I will dedicate all of my free time towards this untill I understand what makes a good map.
There is no other way to get better at mapping.
That's fine, but since you are inexperienced there's not reason to work on a gamemode that requires experience.
He said hes open to having other mappers, Why don't you try to apply to maw?
He knows hes not the best, but I don't see you trying to fix it...
That's like saying, "Well you're not helping starving children in Africa, so the Red Cross shouldn't either."
Nice perspective.
Meh. Whatever I'm not going to argue with you.
On Topic: The game mode is defiantly fun and I can't wait to see how this progresses.

I probably should have done that from the start :/
I volunteered to map for this to get better and to be apart of this gamemode and that's what I intend to do.

That is debatable. Some people would argue against that.

Thank you.
You could continue to work on oa_mainland and build on what you know.
You can also look at other maps to get a good idea of detail and displacements.
Eh.

In my oppinion i dont think we need a new mapper anylonger.
MrClean is taking all input that he gets and thats a very important thing.
Theres not many mappers that wants as much input as this.
If he continues with the map having all these inputs there wont be any problems.
Because if the players wants something to be changed they can just go to the forum and do a post.

I've been PMing Maw for some time now, and never got much of a reply. I'm willing to help map, since he's looking for more then one map. For a long time now, I've had ideas, and started mapping them out. Now I'm just waiting for Maws approval that I can acctually map for him.
It takes me a little longer then most people to map, but I like to think that I make up for it, by having something pretty decent come out of it. I like to think that I add a fair amount of detail to the tings I make. I said I mapped out some of the ideas I had, and on that map I already have the entrance to a dungeon started. :> If I were accepted to the team, I wouldn't use that map though. I'd consider it an ultra-super-alpha-beta. I wouldn't release it. Thats my number 1 rule.
If I'm not happy with it, it will not get released.
Mr.Cleans map is nice, I like it. But, he does need to add a bit more detail to things. Like, the entrance to the dungeon is pretty dang cool. But, you swim down a long, boring hole in the lake, and the entrance is just a square opening. Its not very visualy appealing.
EDIT: Since I made this post, I started a more serious attempt at a map suitable for Old Age. But, its 5am, and I'm tired. Sleepytime.

I'm definitely not a "phenomenal" mapper, but I am thorough. Maybe when I'm willing to show shots of my current project I'll apply to help out.
Also, don't flame him for being new to this. Every mapper is new at one point, and they only get better with time...
You're missing the point completely, no one is criticizing him for being new to mapping, we're criticizing him for being a new mapper that's attempting to map something that requires expertise. His attempt is counter-productive.
