Hey, I got another question for you guys if you don't mind me asking. This may be a stupid question, but will the gamemode be backwards compatible with spacebuild maps?

Even wire hoverballs tend to give me a frowny face. Fortunately wire provides many other ways to create the "Flying Object" objective... Though I must admit it can be rather tedious and difficult to set it so that LifeSupport doesn't bug out and break during flight. (Ex: The Gyro-Pod) ... On the contrary, good like with the "More Important things," haha. Once again, I can't wait to see this finished.

I also prefer the "classic" way, and am eagerly awaiting a pack Slyfo mentioned including modules that echo today's technology rather than far future. Would be good to use with the style of Frontier in my opinion.
I suppose the "Classic" way would be ok, as long as they are required to be powered by energy. :) No seriously though, if they were powered by energy which is produced by a small reactor of some sort, it would be more realistic and it wouldn't allow for thruster noobs to spam 34298 thousand thrusters on something and then randomly be in space and on another planet... None the less, Both options should be available in Frontier, [B]"Classic" and "AGP/Wire".[/B]

I think they need a dedicated screenshotman/cameraman, who will tease us to death, then they could finish this mod in peace.

I like your idea Tazer, prehaps make the gunman suit charge up weapons faster? Also some disadvantages to the suits would add a touch to things. E.g. Recon's ship weapons charge up slower ect. Instead of different models for the suits prehaps just different colours?
Tazer you're idea is great! And you could have the space suit stations located on a "Frontier Corporation" building! Each corner of the building has a station which uses a different space suit, and then for the last space suit station you have to go inside the building and into a center part or something... Would be sweet. [I]Of course the more simple alternative would be:[/I] When a player goes to get their space suit, a screen appears in front of the player providing a menu/list of the space suits they can use. Then they select one and use it. :D [B][I]EDIT:[/I][/B] The space suits would all be the same model, different colored stripes or arm bands or something. Ex; Spaceman = blue / Engineer = Yellow or Orange / Survivor = Yellow or Orange / Recon = Green / Gunman = Red

Stop reading our minds. Each suit mod makes the suit look different, and stripe colour and logo is decided by the player. I can't say much more than that because I don't want to overhype. I think it's ok if I tell you guys that in that screenshot the suit is rigged with a system to disperse heat and provide additional air.
Care to shed some more light on the different types of suits?
