it's against the rules to add servers that you aren't the owner of, but other than that I decided not to interfere with people adding servers, because there's no real benefit of making people wait a day
plus it'll eventually balance out, they can only send so many people to upvote before everyone else catches on and downvotes them

plus, all the forsaken servers have a typo in their banner, so you can make fun of them for that

I cannot sort them. There is no button to update the list and the drop down boxes don't cause an update either.

EDIT: also when going through the servers list, it sometimes gets stuck on a page and won't change even when clicking on the numbers.

fixing the searching is #2 on my to-do list, hopefully I'll have it done by today
for the stuck pages, that probably happened when the website went down for a minute, let me know if it happens again

I think a major concern would be what already seems to be happening from what I'm reading in this thread; creating a bunch of accounts and downvoting all servers other than your own in order to make yourself look popular.

A few ideas to prevent this
- Ensure user's steam account owns gmod
- Vote cooldown
- Make the user wait a time period before being able to vote

Anywho, neat idea. Definitly will be using it.

1. I've considered this, and I have the code ready to add it, but I doubt any of the people voting don't already have gmod. I'll keep it in mind though
2. this could work, like only being able to give 2 votes a day or something
3. I think this would be covered by 2

I'll see how the voting plays out over the next couple days, and I'll most likely add a cooldown for voting if it stays crazy like this

Pro Tip: remove downvotes and have only upvotes. the downvote system lets popular servers use their playerbase to bully servers to the bottom of the ranking.

Also: please suspend people (N/A,Dave es coming for you) for randomly downvoting literally every server but their own.
