I was putting my precious time into a screenshot, posing and freezing everything, and posing the "better phys" heavy is like trying to shape jello. It's practically fucking impossible. then suddenly, I unfreeze scout's skateboard (I was making a screenshot of scout and heavy grinding the rails on arena_lumberyard).

I don't get the whole ratings and ranks (in-game) thing, donate-for-admin etc. I think it's all braindead.
Admin means administrate i.e. day-to-day having-to-sort-things-out kind of stuff. People are paying for power and respect on a server and the server owner is making a mint off the people that think it gets them some kind of status over the other players. Uh... doesn't work that way, buddy...

Servers where people spam the hell out of each other with explosives, mass killing each other and then suddenly, a chat advert pops up:
"This is Build Server no PVP"
The server I have seen this on has been taken down apparently. People with 8h of playtime were getting kick command, there was no actual staff on and the abusing possibilities for E2 coders? Lol, don't even dare to ask me about them...

Hell, we had tacoscript, onslaught, flood, zombie survival, stranted, zombie escape, dogfight, fretta (oh how I miss playing garryware) and a couple others I probably forgot.
Nowadays is just overly customized TTT and DarkRP.

Garryware is still here but is down the list sadly.
Flood is here in two different flavors, but only 2 communities I know have any significant playerbase.

Going into singleplayer and using some SWEPs then going into a TTT server, to find out that the sounds of the TTT weapons have been replaced with the SWEP sounds from Singleplayer (which are pistols..).
