Yes, 99% of them are, but there are a small few that are actually kind. I don't know why I bothered typing this anyway, I play Singleplayer most of the time anyway.

Allowed, yes, but preferably not aloud. Keep voice chat for proper communication, try not to yell and scream.

That applies for all ages, but can be especially annoying when the vocal chords have not yet matured.
