I wouldn't mind paying a [U][B]reasonable[/B][/U] amount for a mod if i knew that the 100% of my money goes to the creator/s of the mod, but seeing how Valve has created such a cash-grabbing system i actually fear for the future of modding through the workshop. They should stop for a moment and think about the bullshit they just pulled off and remove it / modify it to TRULY benefit the mod maker instead of themselves.

I'm still waiting to break even.

There's a DarkRP server that's really well done, but it keeps giving me computer issues I legitly, BSOD'd from hardware just being idle on the server. Yet I can play on Metastruct, with PAC enabled at 20 FPS and be fine without issues except framedrops.

I really don't understand why it's so hard for people to actually describe what went wrong. "Doesn't appear in singleplayer map list", or "CTD while loading", or "srcds spits out the following arcane runes when I load the map". It's not rocket surgery to do basic troubleshooting.
